learn something new everyday - june 2012

6.28.2012:  Paint a picture of the present in Improv.  Not what you're going to do or about someone else.  It's all about you, your partner, and your relationship.
6.27.2012:  Target executives really don't wow me like P&G ones have.  At least not at Marketing Partner Fair.
6.26.2012:  Keep my hands steady, tuck my left arm in, turn my head on 2, start a fold like a turn, step to the beat in turns...and I really, really need to learn to count to music.
6.25.2012:  Hold my shoulders down and back, hold my tension in my back, and keeps my arms relaxed.
6.24.2012:  The random important things in a city for me are:  Bike lanes, West Coast Swing, Pride weekend, Tedx, food trucks, farmers markets, parks.
6.23.2012:  Just show up.  It makes a difference.
6.22.2012:  Sometimes people surprise you.  A little courage to meet people is worth it.
6.21.2012:  I need someone who inspires me.  I've always been lucky to have had some of the best Marketing Directors in the company.  That streak is over.
6.20.2012:  I think carbs might really make me feel nauseous in large amounts.
6.19.2012:  I can't stay awake like I used to without caffeine.  The thunder last night was the loudest I've probably ever heard in my life.
6.18.2012:  Cincinnati does not have West Coast Swing.  Maybe that's how I'll qualify a city as progressive or not.
6.17.2012:  Minneapolis was a safe haven for gangsters from Chicago in the early 1900's.
6.16.2012:  It's cheaper to book separate flights than trying to fly to Lhasa - if it's even possible to do so.  I hope they lift the ban soon.
6.15.2012:  Add more cream to Alfredo - too much cheese makes it too textured.
6.14.2012:  If you make it about the other person and your connection together, the scene becomes much more interesting.
6.13.2012:  We're all in the same boat together.
6.12.2012:  I always will give what I want to give - even if I know the response might not be ideal...or none at all.  But that's just me.  And someday, someone will reciprocate.
